Too often we are bound by the mundane minutiae of our daily lives, so that we don't see the ancient micro worlds around us. These paintings are an attempt to celebrate plants, animals and insects which have taken billions of years to create and mere moments to extinguish. The world is an amazing orchestra full of life and energy; the more life we lose, the less full the sound.
